By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. In jurisdictions where the legal gambling age is 21 or higher, you must meet that higher age requirement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to gambling and betting laws.

You acknowledge that sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and that no prediction service can guarantee accuracy. You agree that any decisions you make based on our predictions are entirely your own responsibility. ScoreSportsX shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of our predictions.

We strongly encourage responsible gambling. If you choose to place bets based on our predictions, you should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. For more information, please see our Responsible Gambling page.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Service to engage in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our prediction data or content without authorization.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers or circumvent account restrictions.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreSportsX and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service, including predictions and statistical analyses.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gambling decisions made based on our predictions.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve (12) months for the Service giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScoreSportsX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will notify you of significant changes through a prominent notice on our Service, via email, or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
